Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking experienced support workers to join our team across the United Kingdom. You will support children and young people with complex needs in residential settings, delivering person-centred care and a safe, nurturing environment.

We offer extensive training, DBS checks, flexible working hours, and competitive salaries. A Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent is preferred, and practical experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience as a support worker or similar role preferred.
• Willingness to complete safeguarding training and DBS checks.
• Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent desired.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to individual young people with complex health, physical and learning needs.
• Attend to day-to-day needs and enable participation in activities, evenings and weekends.
• Deliver high-quality personal care and promote independence.
• Maintain accurate records and liaise with schools and external agencies.
• Participate in handover meetings and complete key worker duties.
