Job summary

Kier Group plc in Norwich is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team on a permanent basis. You will take-offs, produce price lists, and support project delivery on a portfolio of schemes. Qualifications

Holds, or is working towards, a qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Experience in Quantity Surveying or related role within the construction, civil engineering, or highways sector.
Strong IT skills with Excel proficiency.
Confident managing large data sets and balancing competing priorities.
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

Completing accurate take-offs and producing task price lists for task orders
Supporting the commercial management of a portfolio of projects and presenting scheme performance at gateway meetings
Maintaining scheme cost monitors, producing month-end CVRs and monitoring costs across assigned schemes
Using contract management software to manage and value change on allocated projects
Collaborating with operational colleagues and clients to provide commercial advice for safe and efficient delivery
