Advance Housing & Support Ltd in Warwickshire is seeking a Female Casual Support Worker to assist customers with learning disabilities/autism/complex needs to live the lives they choose. This casual role offers flexible hours and a supportive team.

You don’t need prior care experience; what matters are values, empathy and reliability. Must hold a UK driving license with access to your own vehicle; mileage paid.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene as required.
• Administer medication if required.
• Prepare and cook meals; attend medical appointments.
• Support social activities and independent skills.
• Assist with domestic duties; cleaning and laundry.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans.
• Maintain training and ensure night-time safety.
• Ensure premises are secure during night shifts.
• Participate in regular checks on customer safety.
• Follow a Support Plan and Risk Assessments.
• Keep customer records up-to-date.
