Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and commitment to helping people matter most.
• Able to learn and follow care plans, risk assessments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Willingness to achieve the Care Certificate and complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and hygiene if required.
• Medication administration if required.
• Prepare and cook meals; support with appointments.
• Support with social activities and independent living skills.
• Assist with domestic tasks, cleaning, and laundry.
• Keep care records up to date and maintain training.
