Advance Housing & Support Ltd in Worcestershire (Droitwich WR9 and surrounding areas) is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help customers with learning disabilities, autism or complex needs live the lives they choose. You’ll work 37.5 hours per week across some weekends, with mileage paid.

No prior care experience is required; what matters are your values, empathy and willingness to learn. A full UK driving license is preferred and you must have access to your own vehicle to support

Qualifications

• No prior care experience required; values and determination matter.
• Full UK driving license preferred and access to own vehicle for mileage-paid travel.
• Care Certificate willingness or attainment is desired.

Responsabilités

• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Medication administration (if required).
• Support with preparing and cooking meals.
• Support with attending medical appointments.
• Support with social activities.
• Support with independent living skills.
• Domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry.
• Keep accurate records and update care plans.
• Keep training up to date.
