Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers' homes, delivering with a smile and ensuring orders arrive in perfect condition. You will work independently on the road in a van, with a supportive team back at base.

The role is hands-on, physical and varied, with shifts that can change week to week. Flexible working arrangements can be discussed during the application process.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders to customers within the promised time window.
• Load the van safely and perform checks to ensure roadworthiness.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Keep van, trays, and work area clean and organised.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues for great team spirit.
• Be warm and welcoming with customers and colleagues.
• Respond to changing customer needs while on the road and in store.
