Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within agreed time slots and verifiably complete orders.
• Load and unload goods safely, keep van and workspace tidy.
• Provide warm, helpful service and handle order changes or refunds as needed.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment, ensuring roadworthiness and safety.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team, adapting to changing schedules.
