Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking Customer Delivery Drivers to meet customers in homes across our network. This hands-on, physical role is about delivering groceries with a smile and providing great service, with shifts that vary and often include weekend work.

You will be responsible for loading the van, keeping equipment clean, communicating any order changes, and delivering within your time slot. A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (12+ months, no more than 3 points) is required; minimum 12 hours per week

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months and have no more than 3 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within the promised time window.
• Load the van safely and keep it tidy and organised.
• Provide warm, natural service at the doorstep and communicate any order changes.
• Assist customers with substitutions or refunds to keep the experience smooth.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to support great service.
