Job summary

Tesco Group is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers' doors with a friendly, reliable service. You’ll be the face of Tesco on the road, delivering great service with a smile and ensuring orders are correct and well-presented.

You'll work on a hands-on, physical role with shifts, minimum 16 hours per week, and flexible working options. A valid UK driving licence with ≤3 points is required, and you'll join a supportive team to keep customers happy.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) for at least 12 months, with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Flexible working options may be available and will be discussed at application.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers within assigned time windows.
• Keep van, trays and work area clean and organised for quality presentation.
• Assist customers with order changes and substitutions, offering refunds when needed to keep the experience smooth.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues to maintain great team spirit and service.
