Job summary

Tesco UK is seeking a Customer Delivery Driver to bring groceries to customers’ homes across your area. The role is hands-on, physical, and varies by shift.

You will load the van, keep it tidy, and communicate clearly about order changes. A valid UK driving licence (full or automatic) held 12 months with no more than 3 points is required. Shifts include weekend availability; minimum 12–16 hours per week depending on location. Pay starts at £14.18 per hour, rising to £15.45 in M25 stores.

Qualifications

• Valid UK/EU driving licence with minimum 12 months’ driving experience.
• No more than 3 penalty points on licence.
• Comfortable delivering groceries and assisting customers with a smile.
• Flexible to work shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries to customers’ homes in a friendly, helpful way.
• Load the van safely and keep vehicle clean and organised.
• Check orders and handle substitutions or changes as needed.
• Provide good customer service and resolve simple issues on delivery.
