Accor ibis Styles Liverpool Centre Dale Street – Cavern Quarter is hiring a Multi-skilled Guest Services Team Member for flexible days and nights. You will cover reception, bar, and breakfast service across day, evening, and overnight shifts in a lively, fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, service-focused personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in customer service or hotel environment is beneficial but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent English; other languages a bonus.
• Reliable, adaptable and comfortable with mixed day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts.
• Ability to work independently at night and with a team during the day.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and deliver exceptional service throughout their stay.
• Check-in and check-out accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Serve guests in bar and restaurant, including breakfast service.
• Prepare and set up breakfast during overnight shifts.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment during night hours.
• Perform night audit procedures and balance daily accounts.
• Handle guest requests and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
• Promote hotel facilities and upsell products/services where appropriate.
• Support the team to achieve service and sales targets.
• Maintain brand standards and contribute to outstanding guest experience.
