Job summary

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels' Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley is seeking casual Food & Beverage team members to deliver friendly service across restaurant, bar, breakfast and events. You will be part of a busy hospitality team, working a variety of shifts to meet guest needs.

The role focuses on serving food and drinks, upselling menu items, and processing payments accurately. Availability for morning and/or evening shifts is required to ensure seamless service for every guest.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy beverage service position.
• Attentive, professional customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a big team.
• Experience processing payments.

Responsibilities
