Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant for Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill–Dudley. You’ll be part of our busy restaurant and bar team, delivering warm, friendly service and helping guests enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner service.

Flexible shifts, morning and/or evening availability, and the ability to handle payments (Micros knowledge helpful) are essential. Competitive hourly rate, staff meals, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is preferred.
• Attentive, professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a large team.
• Experience processing payments; Micros experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in various restaurant/bar/team settings.
• Confidently communicate available food and beverage offerings to guests.
• Process payments (cash, card, room charges) accurately per company guidelines.
• Provide warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
