Job summary

Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill-Dudley is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant to join the team. You will work across restaurant, bar, breakfast or events, delivering friendly service and promoting our food and beverage offerings.

Applicants should have beverage service experience, strong customer service, and be able to work breakfast and/or dinner shifts. A varied schedule helps cover guest needs seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is preferred.
• Attentive, professional customer service skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a large team.
• Experience processing payments (Micros advantageous).
• Availability for breakfast and/or dinner shifts to ensure seamless service.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages in restaurant, bar, breakfast or events teams.
• Communicate all food and beverage offerings confidently to guests.
• Accurately handle payments (cash, card, room charges) per guidelines.
• Provide a warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
