Job summary

Millennium Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant for Copthorne Hotel Merry Hill–Dudley. You will join a vibrant team delivering service across restaurant, bar, breakfast and events. A friendly, proactive approach and strong guest focus are essential.

Role requires availability for varied shifts, including mornings and evenings, and prior beverage service experience is preferred. Training, development and staff benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy beverage service position is preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a large team.
• Experience processing payments (Micros experience is advantageous).
• Availability for breakfast or dinner service, mornings and/or evenings.

Responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages across restaurant, bar, breakfast, dinner, or events.
• Confidently communicate menu and offerings to guests.
• Accurately process payments (cash, card, room charges) per company guidelines.
• Provide a warm, welcoming service at all guest touchpoints.
