Job summary

Randstad UK in Cambridge is recruiting Qualified Early Years Educators to support nurseries across Cambridge and surrounding areas. Flexible day-to-day cover or long-term placements let you balance workload and schedule while delivering engaging activities with young children.

EYFS qualifications and DBS checks are preferred; you will join a network of local nurseries with a dedicated consultant, weekly pay, and transparent support to help you progress in the early years sector.

Qualifications

• EYFS framework understanding
• Valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete)
• Adaptable and proactive in new early years settings
• Willing to cover day-to-day or long-term placements
• Experience supporting play-based learning

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities and support children across various early years settings
• Adapt to different nurseries, maintaining high standards of care and education

Cache Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, Foundation Degree, or EYTS/QTS
