Family First Group in Cambridge is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators with Level 2/3 in Childcare or Early Years Education. You will support flexible shifts, participate in EYFS activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Weekly pay, uniform and induction are provided, with opportunities for training and internal progression across locations. A proactive, caring approach is essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection principles.
• Clear and effective communication with children, parents and staff in English.
