Job summary

Bright Horizons Cambridge Science Park Day Nursery & Pre-School is hiring a flexible practitioner to join the Bright Flex/Bank team at our Cambridge site. You’ll deliver EYFS activities, support children’s development toward milestones, and help with daily tasks such as tidying and preparation.

A Level 2/3 Early Years qualification and nursery experience are required; safeguarding and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2/3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Previous experience working with children in nursery settings.
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging.
• Ability to communicate with children and adults.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the EYFS curriculum and engage children with educational activities.
• Support development towards key milestones.
• Work as part of a team to complete day-to-day tasks (tidying, preparation).
