Randstad UK is seeking qualified Early Years educators for Cambridge and surrounding areas. Opportunities include day-to-day cover with complete calendar autonomy or fixed-term long-term placements within local nurseries and preschools.

Ideal candidates hold EYFS qualifications and have strong behaviour management skills, plus the ability to deliver engaging, play-based learning. DBS clearance is required or willingness to obtain one.

Competenze

• EYFS qualifications include Cache Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, Foundation Degree, or EYTS/QTS.
• Solid working knowledge of the EYFS statutory framework.
• Strong behaviour management and ability to deliver high-quality, play-based learning.
• Adaptable, proactive professional who can integrate into new teams efficiently.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete a new check).
