Job summary

Family First Nurseries Group is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators for flexible bank roles in Cambridge. You will support EYFS delivery with engaging activities, maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety, and collaborate with colleagues to create a nurturing environment for children.

Ideal candidates hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification, with strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to communicate clearly with children, parents and colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: ensure daily tasks such as hygiene and room setup meet high standards.
• Engage and Educate: implement EYFS with interactive activities to stimulate learning.
• Prioritise Safety: uphold safeguarding and health & safety standards.
