Randstad UK in Cambridge is recruiting Qualified Early Years Educators to support nurseries across Cambridge and surrounding areas. Flexible day-to-day cover or long-term placements let you balance workload and schedule while delivering engaging activities with young children.

EYFS qualifications and DBS checks are preferred; you will join a network of local nurseries with a dedicated consultant, weekly pay, and transparent support to help you progress in the early years sector.

Formación

What We Look For:

• EYFS Qualifications: Cache Level 2/3, NVQ Level 2/3 in Early Years/Childcare, Foundation Degree, or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS / QTS).

• A deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.

• Nurturing behaviour management skills and the ability to inspire young learners through play-based learning.

• An adaptable, proactive approach, ready to hit the ground running in new early years environments.

• A valid Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or a willingness to complete one).
