Priority Recruitment Services Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Enforcement Agents to cover Gloucester and the surrounding area. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, proactive and hardworking Enforcement Agent to join an award-winning, nationwide enforcement company with employees working across England and Wales.

The successful candidate will travel to addresses in their local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders, secure payment of unpaid debts, and

Qualifications

• EA Certificate & Level 2 Taking Control of Goods Qualification required.
• Previous experience as an Enforcement Agent is essential.
• Strong communication, listening and negotiation skills are necessary.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work.
• Flexible and adaptable to different situations is required.
• Empathetic and professional when dealing with charge payers is essential.
• Strong understanding of ethical enforcement and treating people with respect is required.

Responsibilities

• Travel to addresses within your local area to enforce Warrants and Liability Orders for clients.
• Obtain payments towards unpaid debts.
• Identify and assess financial circumstances of charge payers.
• Capture income and financial information during visits.
• Assist charge payers with income/expenditure forms where required.
• Arrange affordable repayment plans with charge payers.
• Identify vulnerability and signpost to support services where needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with data protection requirements.
