Hull College seeks an innovative Employability and ICT Functional Skills Trainer to deliver programmes across Hull and Goole, supporting learners toward employment or further training. You will maintain accurate learner records and work flexibly with the team to meet business needs.

The role requires adapting to mixed levels, ensuring high-quality teaching, and contributing to curriculum development, CPD and safeguarding commitments. Fixed-term contract to July 1, 2027, with 30 hours/week.

Formación

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent required.
• Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTTLS) or willing to work towards.
• CELTA or TEFL qualification required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Employability and Functional Skills training across Hull and Goole.
• Maintain learner records accurately and on time.
• Support learners to progress into employment or further training.
• Plan and deliver across multiple levels and ensure CPD.
