Job summary

Ripple Education is seeking qualified Early Years Educators to work in Sunderland and the surrounding area. The role offers flexible and long-term placements with weekly pay and holiday pay, along with access to training and development.

Ideal candidates will have an Early Years qualification meeting the full and relevant criteria, experience in EY settings, and a solid understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS. You will join a friendly team committed to children's safety and development.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children in Early Years or nursery settings.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and practice.
• Ability to build warm, positive relationships with children and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care, learning and support for young children.
• Support children's physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning and play activities.
• Observe and support children's individual development.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive Early Years environment.
• Follow safeguarding procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with nursery and Early Years teams.
