Ripple Education is seeking an Early Years Educator to work in Sunderland and surrounding areas. You will provide high-quality care, learning and support for young children, helping their physical, emotional, social and intellectual development.

You'll join a friendly, supportive team and work in flexible or longer-term placements, matching opportunities to your experience and availability. Essential safeguarding knowledge and EYFS understanding are required.

Qualificações

• Qualified Early Years Educator with EYFS knowledge
• Experience in Early Years or nursery setting
• Passion for helping young children learn and thrive
• Understanding of safeguarding
• Ability to build warm relationships with children and colleagues
• Flexible and proactive in different settings

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality care, learning and support for young children
• Support development across physical, emotional, social and intellectual areas
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities
• Observe and support individual development
• Maintain a safe and inclusive Early Years environment
• Collaborate with nursery and Early Years teams
• Follow Ripple Education safeguarding procedures
