Job summary

Family First Group is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators in Guildford to support nurseries with Level 2/3 qualifications. Roles offer flexibility through internal bank assignments, with weekly pay and ongoing training.

You’ll deliver EYFS activities, ensure hygiene and safety, and foster a caring, stimulating environment for young children. A strong safeguarding focus and clear English communication are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear English communication with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Empathetic, energetic, and driven to help children.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup meet high standards in our nurseries.
• Implement the EYFS through engaging activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
• Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards.
• Create a nurturing, welcoming environment where every child feels valued.
