Job summary

Family First Flex is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators with a Level 2 or 3 in Childcare to join our growing network of nurseries across the UK. You will support daily routines, plan and deliver EYFS activities, and work collaboratively with a supportive team.

Our roles offer flexibility with shift patterns, an easy-to-use app for managing shifts and pay, and opportunities for progression through internal training and apprenticeships.

Qualifications

• Must hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification (NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Demonstrates safeguarding awareness and commitment to child protection.
• Strong written and spoken English communication with parents and colleagues.
• Energetic, empathetic and passionate about early years education.

Responsibilities

• Cover daily tasks to high nursery standards (hygiene, room setup).
• Engage and educate children using EYFS activities.
• Prioritise safety and uphold safeguarding measures.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
