Zusammenfassung

Family First Flex is seeking Early Years Educators with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. Our internal flex roles offer flexible shifts, weekly pay, uniform, induction, and ongoing training across locations nationwide.

You will help deliver EYFS-based activities, maintain safeguarding standards, and create a warm, inclusive environment where children can thrive.

Qualifikationen

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear communication in English with children, parents, and colleagues.

• Cover daily tasks to high standards across nurseries (hygiene, room setup).
• Engage and educate using EYFS principles with interactive activities.
• Prioritise safety and safeguarding at all times.
• Foster a nurturing, welcoming environment for every child.
