Job summary

Family First Flex is seeking Early Years Educators in the Coventry area. You’ll hold a recognised Level 2 or 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education and support EYFS activities across our nurseries.

• Recognition of Level 2/3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
• DBS check required; enhanced checks under Prevent Duty.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential cover to ensure daily nursery tasks meet high standards.
• Engage and educate children using EYFS-based activities.
• Prioritise safeguarding and health & safety at all times.
