Job summary

Family First Flex in the United Kingdom is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators with a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education. The internal bank roles offer flexible shifts, support, and growth across locations.

Qualifications

• Passion, energy and empathy to support children's development.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: Step in to ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to high standards in our nurseries.
• Engage and Educate: Implement the EYFS with fun, interactive activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
• Prioritise Safety: Uphold safeguarding measures and health and safety standards.
• Foster a Nurturing Environment: Create a cheerful, secure, and welcoming space where every child feels valued.
