Job summary

Family First Flex is recruiting Early Years Educators with Level 2/3 in Childcare or Early Years Education to join our internal bank roles across nurseries. You will support daily tasks, implement the EYFS, promote learning, uphold safeguarding and health and safety, and enjoy flexible shifts, weekly pay, and access to training and internal opportunities.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Able to work flexibly in nurseries and engage with EYFS activities.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: Step in to ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to a high standard in our nurseries.
• Engage and Educate: Implement the EYFS with fun, interactive activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
• Prioritise Safety: Uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards at all times.
• Foster a Nurturing Environment: Collaborate with the team to create a cheerful, secure space for every child.
