Job summary

Family First Group is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators to join our flexible Family First Flex bank across multiple nurseries. You will support daily routines, contribute to EYFS activities, and help create a warm, safe learning environment for children.

Applicants should hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC). We offer flexible shifts, a thorough induction, ongoing training, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Engage with children and deliver EYFS-inspired activities.
• Cover daily nursery tasks including hygiene and room setup.
• Maintain safety and safeguarding standards at all times.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming environment.
