Job summary

Family First Group is seeking dedicated Early Years Educators to join our flex bank. You’ll hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education and support EYFS activities across our nurseries. The role offers flexible shifts, weekly pay, and opportunities for training, apprenticeships, or permanent roles.

You will work in our Day Nursery and Pre-School network, with induction, uniform provision, and ongoing training to help you grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear written and spoken English communication.

Responsibilities

• Essential Cover: step in to maintain hygiene and room setup to high standards.
• Engage and Educate: support EYFS with fun, interactive activities.
• Prioritise Safety: uphold safeguarding and health and safety standards.
• Foster a Nurturing Environment: create a cheerful, secure space for children.
