Job summary

Family First Group is seeking motivated Flex Early Years Educators to support nurseries nationwide. If you hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare or Early Years Education, join our flexible internal bank to fit around studies, childcare, or other commitments.

You will contribute to EYFS activities, safeguarding, and creating a nurturing environment while benefiting from weekly pay, a supportive induction, uniform, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Recognised Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Empathetic, energetic and driven to support children's development.

Responsibilities

• Provide Essential Cover to ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to high standards in our nurseries.
• Engage and educate by implementing the EYFS with fun, interactive activities that spark curiosity and learning.
• Prioritise safety and uphold safeguarding, health and safety standards at all times.
• Foster a nurturing, cheerful and welcoming environment where every child feels valued.
