Job summary

Royal Mail is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join us as flexible postal delivery drivers. You will be the face of Royal Mail in your community, delivering letters and parcels come rain or shine, steering a delivery van and sometimes delivering on foot across your route.

Shifts vary, there are several pay bands per shift, and you’ll be expected to pass a driving assessment on start. This is a temporary role with Angard staffing, offering a meaningful, active job that keeps

Qualifications

• Full, manual UK driving licence with no more than 6 points required.
• Be prepared to walk 20,000 steps a day and carry a mailbag up to 16kg.
• Shifts can vary; ability to adapt at short notice is essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver letters and parcels as the face of Royal Mail in your community.
• Drive the delivery van and complete parts of your route on foot where required.
• Ensure items reach destinations safely and handle election materials per policy.
