Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking committed individuals to join as Cover Supervisors in Doncaster. You will deliver pre-prepared materials, manage classes and support students in line with safeguarding requirements, helping maintain a positive learning environment without lesson planning duties.

The role offers valuable hands-on experience in secondary schools, flexible work to fit around your schedule, ongoing consultant support and clear progression opportunities into teaching or education-based

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident leading groups of young people.

• Committed to safeguarding and welfare of children.
• Experience with young people is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across a range of subjects.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
• Support students in completing set work and understanding instructions.
• Encourage participation, engagement and positive attitudes toward learning.
• Monitor student welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed.
• Promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all learners.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress and student engagement.
