Protocol Education is recruiting Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Bradford. The role involves supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons and keeping students focused on the work set.

This is a flexible opportunity suitable for graduates, aspiring teachers, or experienced staff. Full induction and ongoing support from education consultants are provided, along with safeguarding training and DBS checks where required.

• Experience working as a cover supervisor or TA.
• Genuine interest in education and student success.

Responsibilities

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons across a range of subjects.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Supervising students and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Encouraging student participation and engagement.
• Supporting students to complete assigned tasks and activities.
• Recording attendance and reporting any concerns to teaching staff.
• Upholding safeguarding procedures and school expectations at all times.
