Teaching Tomorrow is seeking enthusiastic Cover Supervisors to support schools in the Bedford area and surrounding counties. You will supervise lessons, support teachers with planned activities, and help maintain a safe, engaging learning environment for all students.

Ideal candidates hold a teaching qualification or a degree and have up to 6 months experience in an education setting. Strong communication, adaptability, and enthusiasm for pupil wellbeing are essential.

Qualifications

• Teacher qualification or degree-level cover supervisor with 6 months experience.
• Understanding of the national curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Enthusiasm for promoting health and wellbeing among young people.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage classroom activities, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
