Job summary

Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a motivated Cover Supervisor to support secondary schools across South Yorkshire. You will step in for absent teachers, delivering pre-prepared lessons and ensuring student engagement.

You will help maintain a positive learning environment, monitor welfare and support progress while following safeguarding procedures. This role offers flexible work and a path toward teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to classes across a range of subjects.

• Encourage participation, engagement and positive attitudes towards learning.
• Monitor student welfare and ensure safeguarding procedures are followed at all times.
• Promote inclusion and equal opportunities for all learners.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff regarding lesson progress and student engagement.
