Job summary

Mount Charles Group are recruiting a Cleaning Operative based at Simon Community, Larne. This role forms part of a friendly, family-oriented business that values people and delivers quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets and laboratories.

You will work to client specifications, ensuring equipment is clean, stocks are replenished and standards are maintained. The role offers 15 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 1 in Cleaning Building Interiors is advantageous but not essential.
• Previous work experience in customer service
• Basic statutory training including reading, writing, speaking and listening to understand safety instructions and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service in your area of responsibility according to client specifications.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requirements.
• Carry out general cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site-wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is maintained and clean.
• Follow company procedures and safety regulations and report hazards to your Line Manager.
