Job summary

Mount Charles Group is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join the team based at Simon Community, Larne. You will provide high-quality cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas in line with client specifications.

The role is part-time with 9 hours per week (Mon, Wed, Fri, 08:00–17:00). Benefits include 20 days annual leave pro rata, a company pension, Employee Assistance Programme and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is beneficial.
• Basic reading/writing/speaking/listening skills required for safety and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning services across offices and amenity areas as specified.
• Respond to customer requirements promptly and politely.
• Maintain stock and ensure equipment is clean and functioning.
• Follow company procedures and health-and-safety policies.
