Mount Charles Group is a leading facilities management company in Ireland. We are recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our Belfast team, delivering top-quality cleaning services across offices, toilets and meeting rooms.

The role emphasizes customer-focused service, safety, and adherence to company procedures. The position offers 4 hours per week, scheduled on Monday and Thursday, with a pro rata benefits package including leave, pension, and wellbeing support.

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors is preferred but not required.
• Current BICS Qualifications are required for some roles and may be advantageous.
• Excellent customer service and clear communication are essential for interacting with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, and site areas.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests and maintain a tidy, safe environment.
• Monitor and replenish stocks in your area and ensure equipment is clean and well-maintained.
• Follow company procedures, health and safety guidelines, and report hazards to the Line Manager.
