Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative at our Derry/Londonderry site to deliver top-tier cleaning across offices, meeting rooms, toilets, laboratories and amenity areas in line with client specifications. The role emphasises exceptional customer service, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently within a friendly, family-oriented team.

Working pattern is Monday to Friday with flexible hours and pro-rata annual leave.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused cleaning role experience is a plus.
• Good attention to detail and thoroughness in performing duties.
• Experience in customer service environments is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality cleaning services across offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site-wide.
• Respond promptly and courteously to client requirements and maintain professional standards.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is maintained and kept clean after shifts.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety policies; report hazards to the line manager.
