Job summary

Mount Charles Group is seeking a Cleaning Operative at our Woven River Court site in Derry/Londonderry. The role covers offices, meeting rooms, toilets, labs and amenity areas with a flexible schedule of 8am–6pm and roughly 6 hours per week.

Ideal candidates have NVQ/SVQ Level One in Cleaning Building Interiors or similar, and strong customer service with attention to detail. Basic safety training is required; equal opportunities are practiced by the group.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail is required.
• Basic reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for safety and instruction.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of cleaning service in your area of responsibility according to client specifications.
• Respond positively and professionally to customer requirements and duties.
• Carry out cleaning of offices, meeting rooms, toilets/showers, laboratories and amenity areas site-wide.
• Ensure stocks are replenished and equipment is checked and kept clean.
• Follow company procedures and health and safety policies; report hazards.
