Compass Community is looking for caring, resilient individuals to join our team as Children's Support Workers on a flexible, zero-hours contract. You will work across Residential Homes and Specialist Schools in the Colchester area, building trust with children and supporting their education, wellbeing and daily routines.

You will be part of a supportive therapeutic team, with training provided and opportunities to develop into permanent and specialist roles.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Able to build positive relationships quickly.
• Flexible across services and locations.
• Commitment to safeguarding and welfare of children.
• Full UK driving licence desirable.
