Job summary

Compass Community is seeking a Children’s Support Worker on a flexible hours, zero hours contract to support our children’s homes and specialist schools across the Worthing & Burgess Hill area. You will help children feel safe, valued and capable of achieving their potential.

You’ll work across Residential and Education services, building relationships, supporting wellbeing and encouraging participation in education and activities. Full induction and ongoing training are provided.

• Working alongside experienced Residential, Education and Therapeutic teams.
• Promoting safeguarding and ensuring the highest standards of care at all times.
