Compass Community is seeking a Children\'s Support Worker to provide flexible, compassionate care across our residential homes and specialist schools in the Canvey Island area. You will support children and young people to feel safe, valued and able to achieve their potential.

This zero hours role offers flexible shifts that fit around your life, with full induction and ongoing training. You can develop vital skills while making a real difference in children\'s lives.
