Compass Community Limited is recruiting a Children's Support Worker on a flexible hours, zero hours contract. You will support our children's homes and specialist schools, building trust with young people and enabling them to feel safe and valued.

The role travels to various locations and contributes to safeguarding and high standards of care. Ideal candidates are caring, resilient and adaptable, with strong communication skills and a commitment to child welfare.
