Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking compassionate Bank Support Practitioners to support individuals in their own homes across Scotland. No prior care experience is required; we recruit on values and transferable skills and provide fully funded SVQ training.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature.
• Good observation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in using computers.
• Able to work well in a team and on your own.
• Good organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals living in their own homes with disabilities and/or additional support needs in daily life.
• Support with medication and finances, housework, meal preparation, cooking and personal care.
• Engage with people in activities and outings to support wellbeing.
• Participate in ongoing training and development while supporting a diverse client base.
