Job summary

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking Bank Support Practitioners to assist individuals in their own homes across Scotland. No prior care experience needed; we recruit on values and transferable skills and provide fully funded SVQ training.

Successful candidates will support people with daily living tasks, medications, finances and personal care, while encouraging engagement in activities and hobbies. A positive, empathetic attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Empathetic and caring nature.

• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals in their own homes with daily living activities.
